About the app
You'll forget this month by March
Most people can't name the pass that stopped working for them last month. This is the record that can.
Our story
From a spreadsheet to a training record
BJJ Training App began with a simple observation: training partners often repeat familiar patterns, focusing on favorite techniques while neglecting others. We wanted to create a tool that would:
- Help grapplers explore their full technique arsenal
- Make training sessions more varied and exciting
- Provide measurable progress tracking
- Add a fun competitive element to training
It's still the same idea: write down what happened, then look at it.
Values
What shapes the product
You can't feel a blue belt happening
Progress in BJJ is four years of Tuesdays. The log is how you notice it.
Community first
BJJ is about camaraderie. We build tools that strengthen gym communities and training partnerships.
It has to work after class
If you can't log a session one-handed in the changing room, we rewrite the screen.
Built for BJJ
We train too. We build the tools we wish we had when we started.
